VA recently rated me as "incompetent", when will my retroactive payment be released?

VA will release a beneficiary's retroactive payment to a VA appointed fiduciary after the Fiduciary Hub of jurisdiction completes a field examination.

During the field examination a VA representative will meet with the beneficiary and proposed fiduciary for the purpose of assessing the qualifications of the proposed fiduciary and creating a fund usage agreement to ensure proper usage of the beneficiary's VA benefit.
