Regarding supplemental claims, VA advises what documents will need to be uploaded. If the document cannot be uploaded, is there going to be an alternate method, such as fax or email to present these documents?
All documents should be submitted through the Document Manager utility on the Servicer Web Portal. Documents should be scanned and submitted electronically. Should Document Manager be unavailable, you may request to have the documents faxed and VA will attempt to scan them into VALERI, however this should be done on an exception basis.
