How are incentives on repayment plans, special forbearances, and modifications going to be paid? Will these be combined with claim payments for foreclosures, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure and Compromise sales?
Deed-in-lieu and compromise sale incentives are paid at the time of claim payment. All other incentives are paid as the events occur and it is estimated that payment should be received within 5-10 days after certification. Payment is through an electronic funds transfer.
